Section 10.40.030 Time limit parking in school zones.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2298 on 11/01/2004, Section 10.40.030 read as follows.
Except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and when school
is not in session, it is unlawful:
A. To park any vehicle during the
hours of seven-fifteen a.m. and eight-fifteen a.m. and
during the hours of two-thirty p.m. and seven-fifteen p.m. on Monday through Friday when
school is in session in the following areas:
1. Along the westerly side of South
Metter Avenue, beginning at a point two hundred ten
(210) feet south of the southwesterly corner of the intersection of East Liberty Street and South
Metter Avenue, thence southerly a distance of one hundred twelve (112) feet.
B. To park any vehicle during the
hours of two p.m. and four p.m. on Monday through
Friday when school is in session in the following areas:
1. On the east side of North Rapp
Avenue, in front of 1234 North Rapp and 1242 North
Rapp, a distance of one hundred seventy-five (175) lineal feet.
C. To park any vehicle in any area
designated by ordinance as a restricted parking area.
